Dealt with malfunctioning gas hob ignition

I was very impressed. Mr Knight agreed to visit at short notice, arrived bang on time, gave me some really practical suggestions for dealing with the problem, and was friendly and efficient. I would certainly use his services again.

Replacement of combi boiler

Malcolm did an excellent job replacing our boiler. His price was reasonable and he carried out the work to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to use him again and would also recommend him to anyone.

Fixed my shower which needed a new thermostatic valve

Advice given on phone re heating breakdown

Malcolm offered to inspect my broken-down heating system the next day, and gave excellent advice on possible causes of the breakdown. Using this information, I managed to diagnose the cause as a faulty programmer, which I was capable of replacing. So although Malcolm was no longer needed on this occasion, I must thank him for his valuable advice. I will call him first if my heating needs repair in the future.

Repair boiler and make safe a gas leak.

Mr Knight had time to show me exactly what was wrong with my boiler. He also showed me exactly where the gas was leaking from. All in all he's an excellent tradesman and decent chap. I would recommend this company.
