Trade reference.
Out of most of the flat roofing work seen recently, theirs stands out as being noticeably superior. When working alongside them we have always found them to be clean, tidy and on schedule. We know of them as being a reputable company.

Replacing lost roof tile. As no matching tile available I suggested re-tiling the porch and using one of the tiles removed to replace the lost roof tile. Also, porch fitted with new guttering.

Having moved to this area recently I was somewhat wary about getting an unknown roofer to repair the roof and do the other works carried out. Having seen the high scores for this company given by reviewers on Checkatrade I felt more confident in trusting Mallwood to do the work. The proprietor came over to look at the problem and give a quote, and spent time discussing possible solutions. Because of the poor weather it was a few days before the workmen arrived to do the repair but when they did I found them to be knowledgeable and courteous. The repair itself, the porch re-tiling and the fitting of new porch guttering was carried out to a very high standard and all debris etc was cleared away. I cannot recommend Mallwood enough, hence the scores of 10 out of 10 for all aspects of their work.

Completely new covering to electrical flat roof.

Workmen did a good clean job. Everywhere swept up and left clean and tidy.

Felt and batten new roof then supply and fit marlev fibre slates. All lead work etc.

Helpful, polite, good quality work, very reasonable price. In fact very difficult to fault.

Repair to roof caused by stormy weather.

Contacted Mallwood on 04/01/12 and Steve arrived a couple of hours later - on time. Although very busy due to the recent weather conditions Mallwood staff arrived dead on time on the 6th and did an excellent job. Staff were both helpful and courteous.
