John and John were Super friendly, super fast, super professional and super competent. I can't recommend them highly enough. Our property was well off the road and had a staircase that would make a mountain climber sweat but the guys managed with ease. Moving is always a stressful thing but they made it a much easier process.

I was quoted an 'all in, no extras' price for 2 men and a Luton van for a full morning and that's what I got. The men arrived exactly on time, worked continuously and feverishly and were extremely pleasant and polite throughout. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

There are plenty of comments to agree with mine. John and John were timely, quick, polite. Barely paused for a drink. They were careful with goods and the place we were leaving. We overran based on my estimations but were happy to return to the flat, which was just round the corner, to finish off. John understands what it means to deliver a professional service. They are not all the same.

I requested quote for removal required on 24 February, but unfortunately John was fully booked on that day. However, he was extremely obliging in attempting to help me, and could provide service on 23 February. His quote was very reasonable, and I was confident there would not be any other charges. Regrettably, I couldn't co-ordinate everything to be able to move on 23rd. I was disappointed that I could not arrange the removal through John, as he was prompt with responses to my questions, and very understanding regarding the situation I was in, which left me with the impression he would have provided a very reliable service.

I booked the services of Man and Van Sussex the same morning of the move after being let down by another delivery company. My request was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by John Baxter and I was told two men and a van would be with me by eleven am. They arrived ten minutes earlier than stated. Nick and John were terrific - polite and good humoured and very efficient and the whole move went very smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company very highly and will definitely be using them again.

I can strongly recommend John and John for your removal needs. We moved from a 2nd floor flat to a house, so there were lots of stairs and awkward parking, but this didn't put them off. We had so much stuff, we needed two trips, at no extra cost. Very helpful, professional attitude and cheaper than the local removal firms. 10/10

John brought another man with him on this occasion (also John but having 'John and John' didn't put us off) They were very organised with plenty of blankets in the van to protect any furniture that we hadn't bubble-wrapped. We had to remember to lay down some of these and some of our own to protect the carpets with the repeated walking through. Following this, they helped to structure the move, carried from each room and loaded the van using a hydrolic platform. After following them over, we requested each room to unload into. We were lucky with not moving too far and so I think we did 3 trips in a half day to move all the larger stuff, something we certainly couldn't have done it without them. Huge thanks.

Absolutely brilliant! Far exceeded expectations: Moved everything in record time, (about 4 hours), were polite, helpful, positive. Helped clean my fridge, would you believe?! What is more, found £15 cash under our bed and gave it to us, when they could easily have pocketed it and we would have been none the wiser.

They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked incredibly hard all day (no breaks) so that we were in our new home much earlier than expected. They were extremely careful with our furniture and took the time to make sure everything was where we wanted it. Highly recommended and will certainly be using them again.

John and his team were exceptional from start to finish. It was a big job for us anyway, we were getting tired but John and his work force kept everything flowing. They were kind and patient as we also had to look after our 2 year old. They did not stop all day. They put everything in the correct rooms and put it as neatly as possible. Only contacted John a few days before the move was required as previous people had let me down. He was very honest and realistic about availability and time required to complete the job satisfactorily. The two John's arrived on time and worked ridiculously efficiently throughout the day, didn't even break stride to accept tea/ coffee when it was offered. I felt like they treated our belongings as if they were their own. They were friendly and courteous throughout and were patient with my very curious toddler! I hope not to be moving again any time soon however, if I was, I would have no hesitation to use their services again. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their house move to be carried out hassle free.

Mr Baxter and his colleague handled this heavy equipment with extreme care and consideration - for which I was really grateful. They were polite, friendly and courteous.
