Two very professional and friendly chaps who thoroughly deserve ten out of ten. When they were removing the old guttering some pliers left up there for years by previous shoddy workmen fell out and broke the roofing below. We were out at work and by the time we had returned they'd replaced the roofing without charge even though it wasn't their fault.

Price quoted was good and additional work suggested was also quoted for separately, with no pressure or tails of woe if the additional work option was not taken. Both Paul and Mark turned up as agreed and completed the work in a timely manner. Tidying up as they went along and clearing up fully after they had finished. Whilst doing the flashing it was pointed out to me that there was also a tile missing on the roof which they replaced (I had a spare) without additional charge. I could not be more impressed with both their approach and attitude to the job, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody requiring the services they offer.

Paul did an excellent job with cleaning the gutters at the front of the house which were overflowing during heavy rain. I had been planning to try and clean the gutters myself after receiving ridiculous quotes from a couple of other trades people but when I received Paul's quote I thought it was extremely well priced. He even spotted a problem with part of the guttering which I had not noticed and included that in his quote. Found Paul to be very friendly, easy to talk to, kept to his initial quote and completed his work on time. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone wanting their guttering cleaned.
