Graig work was completed to a very high standard ,oringinally I only required the boiler and rads installed but I was delighted with the work completed and the cost that I also had him install the bathroom suite and replace the system waste

Hot water stopped working
Craig was on time and managed to sort out the failure of the hot water to come on by recommending that the timer was adjusted. It's been OK ever since.

Repair to hot water part of combi boiler
Craig visited me after another plumber wrote off my boiler and quoted for an entire new combi boiler system at a very large amount of money. He arrived very quickly, and determined that the previous quote was probably unnecessary and carried out proper checks on the system, that included using instruments rather than holding pipes with bare hands to see if they got hot!.
Craig did not give me any false hope but was very thorough when checking with the manufacturer. In the end it cost a fraction on the last companys quote.
10 out of 10 over all, very tidy, pleasant and polite and I would highly recommend. Thanks.
