Removed 2 ridge tiles and set aside for re-use. Supply and fit new lead and fit. RE-bed to ridge tiles on new sand and cement base using quality waterproof.
The work carried out by MAR Roofing was to a high standard. They were able to show pictures of previous work for re-assurance and were able to explain what was required in an informative manner.

"An estimate was given to the customer, before any work was carried out, so he was aware of the cost. The customer did tell me that he felt my quote was a bit expensive. I did take 10% off the final bill as the customer is an OAP."
