SCORE 3 - I estimated work on the understanding that the client was providing the materials themselves, I had little idea of the quality of those materials supplied except for seeing them in a brochure. SCORE 7 (tidiness/time keeping) I was tidy as always, there were sufficient dust cloths laid during the installation and for the duration of the work, it was tidy when we left the job. I was on time on both occasions that I attended the installation. I do not feel on this occasion that my work has been fully recognised and in the future I will not be installing bathroom suites supplied directly from the client. In this case there were several items missing which required a 'trip' to the plumbers merchants to obtain the correct materials, a time consuming and unnecessary requirement.
