Complete redesign kitchen and living area.

Mark and Kim did a complete refurbish of our downstairs living room and kitchen, creating an amazing open living area. They helped source good quality materials and given advice where required. Mark made sure that we were updated on the progress regularly and answered all our questions patiently. Kim fitted the kitchen and did a fantastic job, fixing any minor snags and finding solutions whenever something came up. We are very pleased with the end result and we can highly recommend them for any refurbishment work. We will definitely get them back!

Kitchen refit.

Mark has completed work for us previously to a very high standard so we felt he was the right person to take on our total kitchen refit which included a wall removal to create a larger space. We are delighted with the end result, Mark not only carries out the build but will assist in souring key items at great prices as well. Thanks Mark and Kim.

Kitchen installation.

Kim, who works with Mark installed a new kitchen for us while we were away on holiday. The work had to be done at the same time as other building work, which formed part of an extension build and knock through. Kim knew that we desperately needed the work done in a tight timescale, as we had a new baby and needed to come back to something we could live in. The circumstances ended up being very difficult with plastering not complete on time and other hurdles. Kim made every effort to have the job complete on time and I believe worked late into the night. We are extremely happy with the finish on the job and would recommend them for any further work.

Fit "magic corner unit" to kitchen cupboard.

A superb job well done. Corner unit was fitted in no time at all and with some modifications (improvements) expertly done. Its a pleasure to have "old school" properly good, expert, friendly and very reasonably priced tradesmen do work. Well recommended and we'll use them again should the need arise.

New cloakroom toilet and vanity and new bathroom with shower bath, great to finally have a modern bathroom, they did a great job.

Boarding and insulation of loft space, ladder assembly.

Having been advised we needed to urgently board and insulate our loft space and provide a decent ladder for any inspections on our boiler that was to be put in the following Monday, we went to Mark and Kim to quote and do this urgent work. As always, Kim was superb in handling the work, advising on what would be the best materials etc and on the weekend, he and trusty side-kick Liam were incredibly hard-working, not to mention tidy and considerate in getting the loft transformed. I can't recommend the Poole's enough.

Installation of new bathroom.

Kim provided a competitive quote for the work, which was clearly broken down and made helpful suggestions for options which I was considering which was really helpful. Tony came and did the installation of the bathroom. All aspects of his work was of fantastic quality. Everything was kept really clean, which was greatly appreciated in such a small flat. Tony was a really helpful guy who provided invaluable advice for finishing other projects. I really can't recommend these guys enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
