Had problems with central heating on 18th December. Radiators not heating up and problems with boiler not lighting. Found Mark through this site on the Monday. Called Mark and he came that evening to have a look at the problems I had. I was not expecting to able to find anyone available this close to Christmas let alone come and fix the heating that week. I have had issues with my heating ever since I moved in...(and I bought my house from a plumber.) Mark has carried all the work out to the price he quoted. I am very happy with the standard of the work and the price. Good old fashioned values..  Honest and reliable and good at their craft....There are plumbers and there is Mark...Thank you.

This customer was advised of the charges before any work was carried out and were obviously agreed to before I started. The job has been indepently investigated by the IPHE on his behalf and was found to be correct. I was not rude to this customer and tried to sort things out with him civilly but he was only interested in learning how much I earn. One customer complaint in approx. five hundred in a year is not bad!!
