The staff arrived on time, and were polite, friendly and courteous. They were efficient for the whole process and certainly helped relieve the stress of the day. They completed the unloading and locating of all boxes and when done asked several times if we needed anything else moving around the house before they left. We were absolutely delighted with the whole process. We were very unlucky to have almost monsoon conditions when the furniture was being loaded but due to the very professional approach of the 'crew' no damage was done at all and the carpets in the house were kept dry and clean which in the prevailing conditions was truly amazing! The previous day's packing was superbly done and all arrived intact. All in all what was expected to be possible cause of a divorce turned out to be entirely the opposite, and at the end of a very frantic 48 hours we were singing the praises of the whole thing. Thank you Eurosurv for making the whole process so painless and 'if' we ever move again we will be back to you!

In response to the customers comments above I feel that I have to disagree. The customer moved house not far from our yard, there were no calls from him on the day when we could have done something. I phoned my lads as they finished loading and they said all was well. The customer on arriving at his new destination was unloaded by my lads and informed them he was very pleased with the move, the customer then tipped them and gave them a drink. Three weeks later I received a letter from the customer making a complaint. I would have happily rectified the issues with another vehicle if I had been made aware of them on the day. The customer has praised my lads for their work even though he has given low scores. At all times I try to ensure that my customers are always happy with the quality of workmanship, hence our good feedback on our website.

I would highly recommend this company. Returned my initial call very quickly, gave advice before I moved, went out their way to help. Turned up on time on the day, very quick and efficient, looked after my belongings, nothing damaged. Friendly and courteous service. Have since instructed them subsequently for further work. Very efficient for a move a couple of miles down the road but also a large amount into storage. Many stairs in the old place for them to contend with. Liked the way that when they arrived every day (and it took three days) they were all introduced. Nothing was too much trouble and young Garry was a star - real spatial awareness.

I used Euroserv when my elderly mother was moving house. In the months before the move I spoke to Mark Floyd many times on the phone, as the move date kept changing. I always found him friendly and helpful, and he always called back when promised. The day of the move I know they were extremely busy, with several other jobs on the same day. I suspect this was the reason that a couple of things were missed. This is the only reason I gave a score of 8 for the quality of workmanship. Everything was well packed, they arrived on time and were extremely helpful and friendly. The price was by far the lowest of three quotes that I received. I would definitely recommend Euroserv, and will use them myself when I move next time.

Mark and his team were excellent, our move date kept changing, but Mark was his usual helpful self in offering alternate dates. They arrived as agreed at 0830 and by 11.00 all loaded - including Hot-tub! Very friendly, courteous, and above all professional. The unloading at the new house had the same efficiency, nothing was too much trouble. We did our own packing, and nothing got broken in transit due to the teams careful handling, loading and unloading. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and I will certainly use them again!

We found all the lads who moved us to be very friendly, polite and worked really hard. We also moved a huge amount of garden/outside equipment which was heavy and bulky and they just kept on working until the job was done . Would definitely recommend them.

I feel that this company under estimated size of van required for the move. In my opinion I felt that it was too tightly packed leading to unnecessary breakages. They arrived late on moving day and I felt that they did not have enough staff, which meant we were two hours late moving out. The new owners were not very happy. I would not recommend them.

In reply to the customers comments above. Unfortunately, by accident we scratched the screen on a customers 4 year old Flat Screen TV. I replaced it with a brand new one! Time keeping can differ from move to move due to unexpected problems that can arise and so feel that we are unable to give exact times. The customer told me on the phone that at no time were Eurosurv employees uncourteous. I feel that we have done our best to please this customer.

I cannot fault the job done by Eurosurv this week. My biggest worry was that we would not be able to fit all of our belongings into the storage container that we had reserved. It was going to be a very tight fit! However, the boys decided that they needed to repack the things that we had already stored to use up every available inch. Their efforts paid off without a word of complaint and lots of smiles and jokes. A real pleasure to have around when faced with a stressful situation. I would highly recommend them.
