The staff on site were helpful and courteous at all times and the advice given by Marcus on the best way to proceed was greatly appreciated. We are extremely pleased with the work Markus and Luke carried out while building and installing our new fence and gate. Our first impression of Markus was that he clearly loves his job, and we found that this was truely reflected in the amount of effort that he puts in, to achieve an exceptionally high standard of workmanship. It should be noted that Markus was by no means the cheapest quote that we received for the job, however his planning, communication, attention to detail and standard of work far outweighs other builders, who may charge less, but do a job of a much inferior standard. Markus is an honest, genuine, likeable craftsman, who we would have no hesitation in using again for future jobs on our property. Hire him with confidence - you will not be dissappointed !

The hard landscaping and the paving were completed to a highly satisfactory standard. During this period the uprights for the iron railings were also installed. The railings arrived with the paint still moist and on a rainy day. I was assured by the contractor that this was not a problem as he would return in the Spring to make good any defects in the final finish. The results Is that we have railings that are rusting, it appears that the railings did not have a correctly applied zinc oxide undercoat. Additionally a great deal of paint was splashed onto the stone work this will need to be cleaned. After numerous phone calls asking for the work to-be rectified , no response. I feel that the railings need to taken away and painted in a professional environment.

The iron railings were suplied and installed by a third party and the client was advised prior to installation that a zinc oxide undercoat and exterior gloss top coats would NOT be recommended and corosion of the iron would become efident quickly owing to the location of the job. I recommended a process wherby the railings would be zinc dipped and then black powder coated which would ensure a maintenance free life for the railings, however this was declined by the client.

What can I say, The Geezzer is a life saver. The original brief was to install 46-50sq m of patio area. The problems came to light some 9 months or so after completion of works e.g cracking and crumbling of very weak mix mortar joints between patio paving slabs. Despite many promises to return, never has. He does not return phone calls or messages left and to date I still await rectification works as promised by trader.

I have met the customer's wishes numerously, like upgrading the man-made slabs he ordered to natural Indian Sandstone, at no extra cost. Organised rectification works, but this was cancelled as not convenient or wrong time of season by the client, who to say the least has proved to be very challenging.
