I would highly recommend Martin for any similar work you are considering. Martin was with us for three weeks, he always kept us informed as to his progress and it was genuinely a pleasure to have him around. Martin was always punctual and tidied to the best of his ability on a daily basis. For me it's all about the quality of the work and I can safely say that I was very impressed from this aspect. The quality of finish is excellent and the downstairs WC was integrated superbly to the extent that you never notice that it is a recent addition to the house. Everything works perfectly and has been delivered exactly as per my requests. I set high standards yet Martin exceeded my expectations which speaks volumes. One other thing to note is that I was concerned that my young family (girls aged 3 and 4, as well as a 3 month old baby) would get in the way, however Martin was excellent with the kids and was very patient with the chaos that invariably occurs in the morning when we were all trying to get out off the house. Not much else to say, I am very impressed with finish and would have no issue with recommending Martin. He's a good honest hard worker who does a proper job and takes pride in his work. Getting renovation work done can be a bit of a minefield and we all know that there are rouges out there, but Martin is a safe bet.
