My wife and I are completely delighted with the work carried out by Ken Martin on our bathroom. From the first meeting with Ken, we felt we were being given good, sensible advice on the options open to us and not "steam-rollered" into ideas as we had been by a previous tradesman who came round to quote. The work that Ken carried-out was :- Erect new stud wall enabling fitment of back-to-wall WC and sink unit. Plumbing-in of WC and sink unit. Plumbing-in of new bath and shower-tower. Reversing taps from one end of bath to the other. Tile and grout walls. Install new LED mirror. Ken's son George skimmed the ceiling to a very high standard and we are about to instruct his son Lee to complete the electrical work with downlighters. Ken kept us well informed throughout, was really tidy and we were more than happy to leave him with our house key so he could come and go when we were not there. If you are looking for excellent tradesmen, look no further!

It was a pleasure to have Mr Martin in our home, he was punctual, polite and nothing was too much trouble. His work was also completed to a high standard. Whilst refitting our bathroom Mr Martin found work which the builders of our new extension had not done properly, he remedied their error at no extra cost. When our old bath was removed and it was discovered extra work would be required (because of an old leak) before our new bath could be put back, Mr Martin stayed late to install our new shower cubicle as he was concerned about us not having anywhere to wash. I would highly recommend Martin Installation Services to anyone considering a bathroom refit.

We asked Ken to remove bath and replace with shower enclosure, this job being for my elderly mother. Whilst she, like many elderly, does not like workmen in the house, she found him very amenable and approachable, and we were all very pleased with the work done, the job included additional tiling to existing tiling and you would not know the difference. Some minor tweaks have been required to the shower unit since, this more to do with the equipment rather than the installation, and Ken has returned to do this without any issue.

We are very happy with the work Ken did when refurbishing our bathroom. Ken's communication was excellent, he kept us up to date throughout. The quality of his workmanship is very high, even when faced with unexpected difficulties. Ken's sons very also very courteous and skilled. Ken Martin effected a careful makeover in our old kitchen. He replaced two worktops, fitted a new gas hob and installed a new under counter electric oven. He also put in a new sink and its necessary plumbing. Ken also arranged for the kitchen electrics to be upgraded by one of his colleagues and very cleverly replaced tiling which needed to be sacrificed to the electrical work. He is obviously very experienced and we are extremely pleased with the result.

Our house is 16 years old and had two weary en-suite bathrooms that needed to be replaced with something contemporary that made best use of the space. Ken helped us design the new bathrooms within our budget and was a mind of helpful ideas. His care and attention to detail ensured a quality finish. His son Lee looked after the electrical side and also undertook a number of small electrical projects for us around the house. Ken's other son George likewise having dismantled the existing bathrooms then helped us with our kitchen refresh project! It was great to have Team Martin in the house and we will certainly be inviting them back in future!

Ken and his sons have done a lot of work around my flat over the last two years, starting by fitting a kitchen, then a bathroom and practically renovating my whole flat, finishing very recently with my two bedrooms and front door. The standard of work is always exceptional, in fact meticulous and they are always really hardworking, friendly and professional. No job is too small or too big! Nothing more than perfection. Ken gave me advice in different areas of a flat refurbishment. Ken undertook the kitchen and recommended other tradesman. Each of tradesman recommended done a fantastic job. The only poor job done was by friends of mine for the bathroom. If I had known about Ken before I would have asked him to do the complete flat, it would have given a better result and I would be a couple of thousand pounds better off but you live and learn. A lovely man with a very high standard of work. Very trustworthy and honest, he had keys to my property the whole time I was out at work. He worked through sweltering temperatures in July and also had to contend with no bathroom suite to work with due to delivery issues and on-going problems with the company I bought my sanitary ware from. He always kept me informed and through all stages of the work checked with me when decisions had to be made. I am thrilled with the end results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken to anyone.

I am delighted with my new kitchen. It is just as I hoped it would be. It was so good to find someone who could do everything (carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc) without calling in other contractors. Ken and his son did a very professional job in a professional and courteous manner, even coping with my moments of indecision by offering practical advice and solutions ! We contracted Ken to finish fitting our bathroom and to install the tiling. I cannot recommend Ken highly enough, he listened to what we asked for and delivered on every front (even my slightly obsessive tiles lining up issue.) He was flexible and when changes had to be made he kept us well informed and he didn't take is as opportunity to get more cash out of us. We will certainly be getting him to quote on our next project fitting our kitchen.

We had a dodgy Bathroom fitted about 3 years ago which had caused much heartache, expense and dangerous problems. We had Ken in to basically rip out our existing bathroom and put back in the existing suite with new tiles... he was BRILLIANT!!!! THANK YOU KEN!!!!!!!! Ken has been invaluable to me since I bought my flat doing everything from bathroom installation, kitchen fitting and recently making a fantastic fitted wardrobe out of a normal one to make full use of an alcove.
