Martin Street is a very competent builder. He is 100% trustworthy, arrives when said and leaves the job area very tidy. Repointed the side of the house, rebuilt the decorative stonework at the top of the bay, and painted the front of the house to complete.
Thorough, hard working, attention to detail second to none and keeps going till the job is done despite the freezing temperatures! Highly recommended!

Refurbishment of complete bungalow outside and inside.
Mr Street met with many challenges when refurbishing my property. Both internally and externally, his skill and great expertise in all aspects of work done were to an extremely high standard. This is the second time I have used Mr Street for work on the house, again the work was carried out to what can only be described as an excellent standard. Repair damp patch on wall, build new window sill, replace warped window sills downstairs.
Absolutely fantastic, Martin was pleasant and most professional throughout the job. Quick worker as well. He was quick to identify the 'bodge' the previous owner had done and came up with proper fixes for them. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, it's so nice to find a local builder who is on time, reasonably-priced and does proper work.
