We at MCP are specialists in setting out and constructing brick and blockwork structures either for private owners, or for sub contractors on large housing developments. The range of work includes internal and external renovations, extensions and groundworks:

Built single garage

Having used Masonry Construction Projects previously, I was confident of using them again and pleased to say that their workmanship was as good as the first time. They constructed the footings, floor and walls of a single garage for me. I will be sure to use them again for my extension.

James produced a good plan and supplied a detailed estimate. When unforeseen problems arose, he came up with good solutions, and amended the estimate very reasonably. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard.

Retaining Garden Wall and Pathway

Very friendly, courteous and considerate builder. All staff hard working and was kept fully informed at every stage of the build. Materials where sourced from the best value merchants to keep costs down. I would definately recommend James and the team and look forward to welcoming them back for my upcoming decking project and house extension.

Chimney stack removed throughout house, roof, ceiling, walls and floors made good. The work was completed efficiently and as painlessly as possible. James and co were absolutely lovely. We paid quoted price and will definitely call James for future works, no hesitation.

From the start - coming round to talk through the works and provide a competitive estimate to the end - some final finishing off delayed at our request, James and his team were professional, courteous, hard working and effective. James dealt flexibly with our changing specification for the steps. The quality of the workmanship has caused positive comment from several neighbours and I'd thoroughly recommend MCP.

I found Masonry Construction Projects very professional, helpful when answering all of my many questions and were very tidy considering such a dirty job. They demolished my stack from roof to ground floor dining room in just a few days and replaced the floor boards and plaster boarded ceiling, ready for the decorator. I would both recommend and use James and his company again.
