I had several of my tires changed by Maxmatt who did so in a very fast, efficient and helpful manner including checking my other tyres for me as well. I had pre-booked my fitting time and the work was started as soon as I got there meaning it took no more than 20 minutes to do. I cannot express how happy I was with the service I received from every member of staff at MaxMatt, while dropping my car off to be serviced I mentioned that my lift back to collect it had let me down so could be a little late collecting my car. Expecting them to say ok I had them falling over themselves offering me lifts back to work and to come collect me when the car was ready or a courtesy car, as one member of staff took my details another sorted me out a car, I was offered tea and coffee although I declined just as well as two minutes later I was on my way back to work. Owen the service manager communicated with me throughout the day via text as was aware I had meetings, when the news came my car needed work to pass the MOT my heart jumped a beat, when he talked me through I was thinking this is going to cost me when he told me the price I was stunned it was not even half of what was going through my mind. When I collected the car and was presented with the bill they talked me through it in plain English, gave me some great advice and every step of the way were polite and caring. I have one complaint and that is simply that I have only just found out about them, keep up the good work you have a customer for life.

Excellent excellent. I am over the moon about my experience of having a service and MOT done by MAXMATT. I dropped the car off a little earlier than had been arranged...this was not a problem.  I was offered a drink as I came in and was well looked after. The whole process was explained to me up front and any possible costs were outlined before any work was started.  The final bill came to less than was quoted. I have purchased two cars from max matt now. The first one was a used one. They went to the effort to find as much information as possible and checked the car through before me buying it and needed a new catalytic converter, which I did not get charged for due to the problem being before me buying it. Eventually the car was written off, they were very concerned and considerate and helped me choose a new car which will be low on insurance, due to my age (18). They showed me all controls thoroughly and had a wide knowledge of the car also cleaned it once again before my arrival of picking it up even though the car was spotless when I took it for a test drive 1 day before..  I am very happy with both occasions and now go no where else but max matt for all my MOT's, servicing and any other work I will need for my car.  Highly recommended.  They won't let you down.

Mechanics looked at problem and it was traced back to the drive belt having come off of the pulleys. They tried to put the belt back on, but found that it was too short. Managed to get a replacement belt within an hour and fitted within two, despite having been given the wrong one first time around. Grand Vitara has two different engines and need to know which one your car has in order to get a proper replacement. It was only down to a very good mechanic who was aware of this that the problem got sorted. All staff were polite, courteous and friendly, even offering general advice on the GV. Well done guys!!!

I was fully informed of the work that would be carried out and if during this they discovered any additional item that needed attending to they said they would contact me which they did and course of action was agreed. My vehicle was ready when agreed and was even contacted previously to state that it was ready for collection. Staff were conscientious and informative and I felt that I was dealing with an honourable and honest company which has not been my experience with motor service garages in the past.

Martins Team were able to supply and fit a replacement engine to one of our works vans in an extraordinary quick time at a most reasonable cost. The downtime for our engineer was able to be kept at the absolute minimal and the work carried out was assisted by the extremely helpful and most informative office staff who kept us advised of progress at all stages. The price quoted was even subject to discount as part of the anticipated work was not required. Real honesty from a garage that we will be using to service and repair our mini fleet of vans. Max Matt understand the importance of customer satisfaction and practice such with integrity and honesty.
