A minor item was not completed before collection. I pointed this out on collection and they attempted to do it, and told me they had, within 15 minutes. When I got home, I discovered it had been done incorrectly. Inconvenient to take back.

Able to drop off vehicle the previous night ready for MOT and Service the next day. Was telephoned when work finished and was able to collect at a time convenient for myself. Have used Maypole for quite a few years now and very happy with serviced received so far. Always informed of any works needed before they are carried out and the convenience of late opening hours give much needed flexibility for dropping off and collecting vehicle.

Was very impressed. First time I've used them and can't fault them at all. Was quite a few bits wrong with the car. They phoned with a reasonable estimate and were happy to discuss each item with costings. Despite my delay in getting back to them they carried out the work very promptly. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for (just under!) the price they said they would do it for. Am very pleased with the results. Have never had a service where I've noticed such a big difference when driving the car before. Will be back for service next year.
