Transported my car from side of M25 to Leigh after battery failed

Steve collected my wife and I from just opposite J11 when the car failed due to a battery/alternator problem. He could not have been more helpful and polite - cannot sing his praises more highly.

Car losing power so needed diagnosis and repair

All the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Electronic diagnosis pointed to one problem but Maypole quickly identified this was not the problem then went through a list of other things eliminating each one. In the end admitted they could not find the problem. They even organised transport of car to the nearest main dealer. All at no charge! Main dealer only found the problem due to a wild guess by one of the technicians and having the same model in workshop at same time and being able to swap a part. Have also used Maypole for servicing for years and have always been honest and quick.
