Connection of Router and in house network
Initially Tino visited to connect up new router and ensure new Laptop was able to access internet as well as desktop pc. Subsequently after a power cut resolved over the phone problems with laptops connection to the internet.

Load Vista and resolve some software issues.
Tried, in vain, to load Vista but through no fault of his, this was not possible.  All other issues resolved. Good value for money, was willing to put in extra time where required.

Mr Da Silva was exemplary in every respect. His work was first class he was courteous, patient, friendly and extremely helpful in dealing with a couple of senior citizens who are pretty computer illiterate. I would recommend them.
