For a central heating engineer in Surrey and throughout the entire London area, get in touch with me, Michael McCluskey personally here at McCluskey's Plumbing and Heating.

Here I provide a wide range of plumbing, central heating, bathroom and boiler services for all members of the general public, as well as businesses and landlords who are seeking landlord gas safety certificates in Surrey, London.

I am an industry approved plumber and certify all necessary works that are required by the building regulations. I qualified in 1983, and continue to take gas exams every 5 years.

I carry out a wide range of gas installations in Surrey, London, and other areas, ranging from:

* Bathroom Installations
* Boiler Replacements
* Full Central Heating Systems
* Landlord Gas Safety Reports

I find all aspects of plumbing and heating enjoyable and have steadily built up a number of regular customers who confidently return for business. I am willing to discuss needs and budgets and only install quality products. My son has passed his plumbing apprenticeship, so the future looks good ahead and the family business will hopefully continue for many years. It will also enable me to branch out in other fields of work. I do not sub-contract work out.

I am a member with the Institute of plumbing so that we get top quality advice and technical help when required.

My estimates are free and I am willing to help with any plans and complete every job to a professional standard.

Booster pump fitted to improve water pressure from tank in the loft

Work was done very quickly and efficiently. All work was explained and the area was left tidy. Water pressure greatly improved.

Kitchen tap replaced and pressure adjusted; external tap repaired; plug and chain replaced in basin.

McCluskeys assessed the work on a previous visit thus there was no need to make a separate visit for the estimate which was given by email. Most of the correspondence including the invoice was by email which is good. The work itself was carried out very professional and in good time and I am happy with the said works carried out by McCluskeys Plumbing and Heating. Michael McCluskeys was early for the appointment which rather upset my schedule which is why I only marked him with a seven out of ten for timekeeping; however I did appreciate him being early rather than late, him getting the work completed before the weekend. The standard of the work I am very happy with and would recommend him and indeed have done so already. I too would revert to his firm again.

I am responding to the below customers report. I am bemused that I have been criticised for arriving early. It was a late booking the previous evening and several times I had requested a contact telephone number. Which she failed to do. I sent an email notifying the customer I was to arrive early and was prepared to wait if she was not at home After 11 emails answering all of the customers concerns communication finally broke down between us. I am passionate and committed to providing excellent customer service and so am disappointed on this occasion.

Advice about a boiler - initially to service.

Michael initially came to service the boiler which was unable to be done - he was very helpful with advice on which course of action to take. We followed advice and problem was resolved - thank you.

Replacement of Water Tanks with Megaflo

Having endured dire hot water pressure in my flat I researched my options and decided that direct unvented system was the way to go. Not cheap but certainly has fixed the issue. Michael was very helpful and only fits the best. His quality of finish on his plumbing is excellent and his knowledge of the products is excellent. Customer service is excellent as is his promptness and cleanliness. No mess left and I will most certainly recommend him to others.
