dry rot was discovered under timber floor

all floor joists were removed and floor excavated to allow more airflow. two new air bricks were installed and ground and masonry treated to eradicate the dry rot. new tanalised timber joists installed and give a coat of boracol 20 dual purpose to protect from dry rot.
