Medway Heating & Plumbing installed new heating and hot water installations as part of the refurbishment of our new home. Removed old boiler and fitted new condensing boiler

Arrived and set about work quickly. Explained what was happening. Explained new boiler and thermostat. Good price for work. I would recommend them even though the clean up was not as good as it could have been because they are keen to listen to feedback to improve. Very polite.

Removal of an old boiler and replacement with new combi boiler

The guys arrived at exactly the given time and carried out the work with great efficiency. They were very polite and cleaned up after they had finished. They even cut some wood to cover the old flue hole left in the wall as a temporary mend until I could arrange proper patching. The old boiler and tank were all removed. The boss ducked in an out overseeing the work well. A small problem with old leaking valves due to new higher water pressure was discovered two days later and promptly dealt with immediately on the day it was reported. Very well done.

New Boiler, Radiator and Heating Control

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Medway to remove an old boiler and fit a new one. To remove two old radiators and resite a new radiator in the Kitchen and also to instal a new compatible central heating control. They were very efficient and professional at all times. We would certainly recommend Medway Heating and Plumbing.

Medway worked efficiently and quickly. I was particularly impressed with their high quality of workmanship and courtesy. As a disability advisor I saw first hand their excellent way with one disabled member of my family. Very impressed.

Replace pipe work fault investigation of system changing components.
