We were given an excellent service by Meridian. There were complexities which were solved with full discussion and consideration of options well in advance of the installation. Meetings were arranged to suit us and to get the right people involved. At installation every thing went to plan. The windows are good and have been fitted whilst retaining the original internal frames. I can't sing their praises high enough!

We found all those involved at Meridian South East in achieving the installation of new double glazing throughout our bungalow to be punctual with appointments, always polite and helpful with any queries. Their fitters were quietly efficient, causing minimum disruption during their three days working within our bungalow. Shortly after the work had been done we were contacted to make sure all was in order, and odd minor adjustments needed were dealt with very promptly. A 10-year warranty is also now in place. After our experience with Meridian South East I have no hesitation in recommending them to others!

Initially I was concerned as the quote I received from Meridian was far less than other quotes I received. The saying, 'you get what you pay' could not be further from the truth. The work was carried out to my complete satisfaction with the minimum of disturbance to our home or us. The workmanship could not be faulted at any stage. He was thoroughly experienced and courteous throughout his visit and was even rook the trouble to re-hang not only our lace curtains but also the heavy drape curtains (which was much appreciated.) Everywhere was left clean and tidy and all debris was removed from site. I can very thoroughly recommend this firm to anyone without reservation.
