Our builders built the roof of our ground floor extension at the wrong pitch for the Velux windows. To correct this problem Vance from Merlin Truline was quick to come up with a solution to alter the pitch of our roof so that the Velux windows met the councils regulations. We would highly recommend this company.

Although there was initially a delay in work commencing, I was very impressed with the standard of work carried out, both in terms of renewing the front auriol bay roof and replacement of the original cast iron pipe work at the rear of the property. The craftsman carrying out all of this work was friendly, hard working, skilful and very tidy in his approach; and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending this company’s services to others.

Both the estimator and the fitters arrived punctually. After the old roof was stripped off, I was shown, and agreed, which of the old underboards needed replacing,because of water damage. The new covering was applied and finished off in a neat and consistent manner.

Also on the another occasion our work force had to leave early, but failed to advise the customer of this.
