Refitted lights in kitchen, and a number of small maintenance jobs around the house.

Garage- complete renovation, fire isolation plus plastering the ceiling, painting the ceiling, walls, removing heavy stain of grease from the floor then garage floor painting.
Michael carried out the work and I was not even in the country, precise, reliable, tidy. Trustworthy.

All flooring wood work(parka),hall way, landing, three bathrooms, kitchen, and replacing two shower cabins, fixing bits and pieces all over the penthouse.
Michael is a professional carpenter, precise and reliable.  No waste of time, tidy, always cleans up after his work. I'm pleased with the work he has done, I would have him working for Me again, I leave it to the customer to decide having him, Michael will not let you down.

Fitted Heated towel rail, new system, made cupboard under sink and bath panel, tiled bathroom

Fixing Gutters
Michael fixed a dripping gutter at the front of the house that had been bothering us for ages.  The people who had installed the gutters originally did a poor job and Michael had to redo their work. We are really pleased with the work that he did and would happily recommend him to others.

Fixing two cracks all along from the first floor to the second floor, (carelessness from the original builders), plus heavy wall papering and painting.

Balcony extension.
Michael Andrews is an excellent builder, he is thorough and gives a lot of thought to all his work. His time keeping is not an exact science, and start and finish dates can stray. However, the quality of work is worth waiting for. I would recommend them.

Once the job has started Michael is 100% reliable. The only reason I have given 9 for reliability is that it is sometimes difficult to get hold of him. I would recommend them.

Ripping out old and installing new Schrieber Kitchen and plumbing and electrics.
Reliable & Trustworthy - One of the units not square so he took it apart and redid it plus put plug in behind the washing machine (his suggestion) and did not charge extra for doing it.
