The sofas were relatively new and I wanted them cleaned to ensure that when we moved to our new house they would look really fresh, now the clean has been done definitely the correct decision. Michael also gave excellent advice on how to maintain their cleanliness in the future. The rug is astounding, the colours look so much brighter as a result of the clean. I recommend Michael without hesitation, he uses professional products and professional tools, and treats your house and belongings with proper respect. After the loss of our dog after 14 years, we decided that a thorough clean was needed of the carpet and settee and chair as this is somewhere our dog occupied a lot. We were expecting a good clean but felt it was probably all so ground in now that it wouldn't be possible. We were so amazed at the final result. Our furniture was like new and the house smelled so fresh and not the usual doggy smell. Perfect. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I phoned Michael about 4.30pm and asked if he could come urgently as the cat had been sick on the new cream carpets in two rooms. It was the only chance he could come to clean, that afternoon, as I was not going to be in the following two days, by which time the carpet would have stained. Michael went out of his way to reschedule a meeting and promised to arrive within 30 minutes. He arrived and was so very friendly and kind. Having never met him before sometimes it can be a little concerning being a female at home alone but Michael was such the gentleman and did such a fantastic job. I would recommend him over and over.

Michael is such a professional! He arrived to the job earlier than anticipated and was courteous and polite. His task was to clean our two bed flat which was had cream carpets throughout! The results were amazing! The carpets came up like new! Couldn't believe how clean they looked after. We live in a rental property and so having carpet in every room especially a cream colour I was so worried that the stains wouldn't come out but as I said they looked like new afterwards. Michael is a very nice man who is fair and not in the game to rip anyone off which unfortunately you can get a lot of in this game! Thank you so much Michael! I can't recommend you enough.
