Removing grass and constructing patio of brick and plum slate.
Michael has done several smaller jobs for me in the past, all to a very high standard. This time he designed and created a delightful patio area which has transformed an awkwardly-shaped rear garden. The herring-bone brickwork in particular is expertly laid and a pleasure to look at. The quality of the work is excellent and his charges are fair and reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased!

Largish size lean-to pergola; plus a large trellis
Excellent advice freely given from the outset on options for design, and type of materials as we were keen on long-lasting and low maintenance. Particular effort and time was given to making sure of what we wanted the pergola and trellis to look like which was also much appreciated. The job was started and finished with the time frame originally estimated. Very professional, great customer service and it was self-evident that a great deal of pride is taken in doing a good job. Planning to have him back to replace our tired old driveway and garden gates at some point.

Garden maintenance
Michael transformed our garden three years ago, laying new paving and replanting, and has been coming back regularly ever since to maintain it in perfect condition. We are constantly delighted with the results. He puts in a lot of effort to keep it in good order and his imagination and skill with planting keeps it looking colourful and exciting throughout the year. We couldn't recommend him more highly. He's very nice too.
