Remove old balcony balustrade and build new, lay a timber deck. Cut through paving and create new bed and plant hedging.
Michael was so helpful with the planning and design. He was able to create exactly what I had asked for, whilst dealing with different issues as they came up, due to the nature of the original balcony size and construction. He used sound quality woods throughout and the finish was great. Michael also went to great efforts to source some exceptionally good hedging plants for me, and although more expensive than allowed for in the original quote they were far superior to anything we would have found at the lower price, and therefore, well worth the extra money. I would highly recommend Michael and would definitely use his services again.

Replace front fence to house and prune overgrown hedge
Michael used his skill and imagination to reproduce the 1937 style cut-out design in the replacement fence he built for us. His "can do" approach was a real bonus when other fencing contractors had told us it wasn't possible. He and his son were friendly, efficient and tidy and the job done well.

Create a large raised bed and new path using 4" timber poles and polished sandstone wedges. Also enlarging existing flower beds and replacing approx 30' of lawn edging.
Work was carried out in two stages over a period requested by me and was completed on 25/06/2011. Very tidy during the work and on leaving the site at completion. Employed on recommendation and completely satisfied with the professional standard of the result. No hesitation in also giving my recommendation. Flexible and adaptable as needs must during the work with on-going suggestions and advice before proceeding.
