Came home from work to find my boiler not working. Michael came by that evening itself checked it then came back the next day and fixed it. Cost me a bundle but definitely cheaper than a new boiler. Would recommend to anyone and would use again although obviously hope I won't have to, for a while at least.

We called Mike this evening after finding his number on this site. He came quickly to solve a problem with a leak on a first floor radiator. The radiator had been fitted by another company (we didn't know about Mike then or we would have used him). I called mike who came the next day to look at installing my washing machine, it was not straight forward as he had to cut a new cold feed in and a new waste connection in. He did this at a very good price. Would use this company again.

When Michael came to give me a quote, two of the three jobs I wanted him to do were so small that he did them on the spot, without charge. Then he gave me a quote as promised and returned to do the final job, which was removing an unnecessary pipe from my boiler. He is friendly, tidy and I would definitely use again.

They kept me informed as to how they were progressing and what they were going to do next. They even made some helpful suggestions as to how best to do certain things. Punctual, efficient, polite, price was competitive. I recommend Mike but a couple of things to feed back:- Mike' s suppliers couldn't source the part. I had to enquire a couple of times over the next week what was happening. Bit puzzled as I then found a supplier immediately. However, good that Mike helped me get the right part No. And then did the job quickly. Mike left pretty quickly, left few bits and packaging lying around, and no paperwork offered. Not a big deal for me but worth a mention.

Michael upgraded my boiler after providing a competitive quote against other companies I contacted. He recommended the best boiler to purchase, in terms of cost and efficiency for my home. He upgraded the pipes from my gas supply to the boiler, as well as installing the boiler and upgrading the radiators in my home. The work was completed quickly and neatly, resulting in a new boiler and heating / water system that I am extremely happy with. I would definitely recommend him!
