Solid oak flooring to entrance hall, c 8 sqm
Arrived dead on time, always a good sign, had only three cups of tea, an even better sign. In pre-fitting visit Mike gave advice and recommendations that saved me money. All in all an excellent finish achieved at a good price with professional service. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

Laid Oak Flooring throughout downstairs in my new house
Mike Bailley Flooring came highly recommended by my brother and I am glad I went with Mike rather then the other 2 people I see as he completed the work in a very high standard and on top within the price quoted. Also offered to come back next year to check on his work and fix any problems and re-varnish the floor throughout

New staircase and flooring
Mike did a fantastic job in delivering and fitting a new staircase and oak flooring. The living room has been transformed. Excellent in keeping us up to date with progress Mike was able to deliver top quality workmanship despite the various challenges thrown up by our cottage. I would absolutely recommend Mike and will be back in touch should we need any work doing in the future.

Laid laminate flooring in downstairs living room/kitchenette area
Mike came recommended, so I had high expectations. He did not disappoint! Mike did a very professional job, efficiently and was very tidy. He even collected the flooring for me and helped me move a fridge and washing machine outside which was going to be collected for recycling. Costs were as quoted which I found to very good especially given the high level of workmanship.

Wooden flooring laid to ground floor
Mike came whilst we were on holiday and laid wooden flooring to our ground floor. I am really pleased with the finished work. He did need to latex the floor first which was an extra £150 but otherwise he charged on quote. He was really helpful when choosing our floor giving his advice and was friendly and approachable at all times. I would recommend Mike to others

Laying solid oak flooring
Very pleasant young man, friendly, hardworking, didn't need endless cups of tea, like some other workmen. Did a great job, the floor looks smashing and he put up a roller blind as well for me. I would use him again and would recommend him to others.

Laid wood floor throughout downstairs of house
Michael laid a floor for me in a previous property around 5 years ago. I was so pleased with the work at that time that when I moved and wanted another wood floor I immediately thought I of Michael. Even after 5 years he remembered who I was immediately which was nice! He helped me source the floor (he can also supply but it was nice to have the option) and explained why engineered wood would probably be best for me. Michael laid the floor extremely quickly and as usual was neat and tidy. The floor was finished to an exceptionally high standard and I could not find fault at all. The level of detail that Micheal goes to in order to ensure a fabulous finish is quite amazing. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone wanting a new floor!

Really impressed with how hard Mike worked to get my new floor looking perfect. He encountered problems on the first day which could not have been anticipated and which prolonged the job. However, Mike did not cut corners and his attention to detail was amazing. Thanks Mike!
