Every day time was taken to tidy up and leave the property in a safe, clean and secure manner. Every time a variation was required, we were advised and agreement was reached. We found this builder via Checkatrade as did not know of reliable builders in the area and we were not disappointed. Neil made helpful comments/suggestions when potential problems with our design were identified. Any problems that arose with the small amount of subcontracted works were always promptly addressed and rectified to our satisfaction. Payments are made in stages after works have been carried out (schedule advised at commencement of works). We are very pleased with the finished product and the way that the works were carried out. If, like us, you don't know who to choose, Millbrook is a good choice.

Neil, Brian and Tony were very professional and explained what they were doing in detail, they were also very tidy at the end of the day. All the work that was carried out was for someone with disabilities, hence the widening of the doors and footpath also the wet room and we are all very pleased with the end result it all looks amazing, such a big difference to what it was before and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. The guys are very friendly, thoughtful and considerate. THANK YOU TO YOU ALL.

All the people who work for this company are first class. Very helpful, polite, clean and Tidy. Neil and Bryan listen to the customer and make adjustment, if possible, to meet the needs of the customer. Explanations of what was happening and how to use the equipment was very helpful. It was a pleasure to have such pleasant and cheerful people in our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending MILLBROOK to any one looking for a fantastic finish to their job request.
