Very professional. He was here for over 12hrs working continuously. The job was priced right. He was pleasant answered questions - he tooks us round the system on completion to show us no leaks. He wouldn't go until all radiators were balanced. Very good.

The original work was to replace 4 radiators and investigate some problems with the system controls. As a consequence he identified that the system had a lot of sludge in it. We then requested that he power flush the system and as a consequence the system controls now operate correctly. He was the first person to identify the cause of the control problems. Many previous plumbers had not identified the problem of sludge build up.
