Leaking dishwasher. Drained flood water straight onto kitchen floor - did not have towels to mop up. Used mine. Expected payment by card reader before leaving house on first visit. No invoice. Missed large hole in pipe and so needed second visit. Quoted a price for a part which was I found available direct from any company at a much cheaper price. When challenged he suggested I order part myself. Since then he has made no further contact and went on holiday leaving me with no working dishwasher. Got second company in who used floor protectors, did not expect immediate payment + guarantee parts and labour for 1 year.

The customer did not seem to believe me when I told her the price of the part required to fix the dishwasher I advised could email her a picture of the part, which was a only a very low cost item, along with the price. I did not think this was a costly repair. It was at that point she told me that she was going to call someone else to fix the dishwasher and yes over two weeks later without hearing anything else from the customer I did go on my family holiday although the last conversation was me offering to order the part and continue with the repair and did not want to pester her.
