We have had a regular cleaner from Mmmarvellous for several months. We were not happy with the quality of the work of the first cleaner and raised this with Mmmarvellous who very quickly resolved this and provided us with another cleaner who is absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend Mmmarvellous, their customer care is great.

I have been with Mmmarvellous a month or so now and have high praise for them. They do exactly as they promise, have staff with a high level of customer care and the house keeper they placed with us is excellent. I have also used their carpet cleaning service which was also very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

We arranged to have our windows cleaned in preparation for selling our flat. This included high level first floor windows above shops. The window cleaner was very polite and courteous and did an excellent job, cleaning all the windows inside and out.

Asked for a deep clean to the house, with a view to maintaining the house with a regular cleaner. The work was completed to a very good standard. There were only a couple of minor points that we had to raise. Overall the cleaners did a very good job, kept me informed on costs and called to ask for feedback the following morning.

I have been a regular customer for over 8 years now. In that time I have developed a warm relationship with the company and I consider they go over and above their call of duty. Any problems are dealt with promptly, with a visit to my house if necessary to ensure quality control and ease of transition between one housekeeper and another. I have never had any problems with the cleaners in relation to honesty or trust and am confident that proper references are taken up. If I am at work, they will even come over to show the new housekeeper what needs to be done to ensure that I don’t need to take time off. That is indeed service! I have had delightful cleaners too from them and if there have been any minor problems they are dealt with swiftly by Mmmarvellous. I believe they are also one of the most competitive cleaning agencies around. I have used agencies in the past and to be honest have never found them very satisfactory so it was wonderful when I came across Mmmarvellous. They are as their name!
