Gary Brown identified problem with drains and resulting subsidence, quickly and efficiently redirected and repaired broken drain. Rebuilt exterior wall and office to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend Monarch Property Services and would certainly use them again in the future.

Gary fitted a kitchen from scratch, he removed old one first, completely re boarded and plastered the kitchen, fitted new one, tiled, painted and tiled the floor, he was one time every day, he worked all day. Didn't finished at 2pm, he was very professional did a cracking job all round. I would highly recommend this company, great value for money, extremely pleased!

I must highly commend Gary Brown and his team for the excellent works recently carried out at my property. I consider myself to be a very fussy person and I could not find fault with the standard of work and professionalism displayed by Monarch Property services at all times. This was a complex job and Gary organised everything from structural engineers to building inspectors, He kept us informed every step of the way and was always the consummate professional. His team are a credit to him and he brought the job in well within budget. I would recommend Gary and his team without hesitation..... Thank you!!!

About 5 years ago we had our kitchen and under floor heating fitted by this company. The kitchen looks as new as it did then, the reason for this is the excellent workmanship and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company.

Work carried out to a very high standard, kept informed of progress throughout. Gray is first class at making you feel confident of his professionalism and of his team, even when faced with the odd surprise like the hidden electrical wire we new nothing about, still the extra double socket will come in very handy. A very professional outfit we would and have recommended to others. This is the second time we have used Monarch Property Services and will not hesitate to use them again, the first project was much larger than this one and was completed in the same professional manner.

Arrived to view proposed work area when agreed, supplied quote as agreed on time. Started work when agreed and finished on time. Worked well with other site workers to ensure they both met the necessary criteria so that the finished work was as expected. The whole team were courteous and friendly and trustworthy, one word, make sure you have plenty of coffee for them. Good work to a high standard, highly recommended and will be using this crew again in 2010.
