I was disappointed with the feedback we got from the above customer (4 for Timekeeping). We gave the customer a time slot of after 2:00pm and arrived at 2:30pm. I think there may have been a breakdown of communication between the customer and ourselves regarding the timeslot. We are happy the customer is very happy with the work and would recommend.

The completeness of the work extended to dealing with things that benefited from being done but had not been part of the original brief. The quality of the work means that a 20-year old conservatory is not effectively back where it was when built.
