I called in the morning and although they were busy the trader turned up in the afternoon and was a complete god send. Problems that other engineers weren't able to diagnose correctly or fix, trader fixed in under 1 hour. After 4 days without hot water or central heating and ridiculous quotes from other trades to fit parts, I couldn't recommend MOS Sons higher. True professionals and extremely well priced.

We had an issue with our hot water system, causing it to not function. Ian came and investigated the issue, and the following day his brother came and fixed it. They drained and flushed the hot water cylinder, to clear any blockages, and replaced a faulty T&P relief value and a faulty pressure gauge. Ian and his brother provided us with exceptional service, and at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again.

I would recommend them. They were prompt helpful and courteous even 'tho the job was rather more complex than they or I had anticipated and the cost was substantially more due to very basic errors made by the plumber who installed the original cylinder ! The work was neat and to a high standard.

Rang 8.45 in morning and Ian came to my house in 15 minutes. He was very polite and cheerful. Finish the job in few minutes. What can I say he was very professional and trust worthy, I was so impressed book another job for this week to change the shower.

Mos Sons were absolutely brilliant.  Following the breakdown of the Saniflow in our downstairs shower room, I called Ian and he was round within two hours. Needless to say the problem was quickly diagnosed and a replacement fitted the following day.  The guys were courteous and friendly. I recommend their services without hesitation.

I can not fault this company I called at 8am and a plumber was with me at 8.40am same day found fault very quick and rectified it, arranged for some other work to be done on 1st September after bank holiday at 8.30am again on time as promised and work completed .  I would recommend them to anyone .

I have not had my bill yet, but I am very pleased with the work done which was completed quickly and efficiently. Adam and Ian were very friendly and polite and were happy to explain in detail the work needed. It seems rare to find this level of customer attentiveness and competence and I will certainly be recommending them and using them again. I also liked the fact that they used email for contacting me, which suits me better than phone. First class service!

I used Checkatrade to fine Mos Sons when my faulty boiler caught fire. They came within 15 minutes, made all safe and had completed a thorough boiler replacement within 5 days. Extremely happy with overall service.

They came to service the boiler and were exceptionally polite and helpful. The thermostat was identified as not working, so they said they'd get someone over to install a new one, then sort out the final bill. Soon after the service, the boiler started making loud knocking noises, but it was intermittent. They responded extremely quickly to a message left about this, but the boiler did not do the same for them when they came around. Subsequently, no one contacted us and after leaving many phone messages, I've now given up. I am surprised, because they seemed so competent and professional, but after almost 2 months of waiting, that's almost irrelevant.
