Mulcare-Ball fitted a new family bathroom and a new shower room into our house. The service we received exceeded all of my expectations and my family and I are thrilled with the finished results. Daniel Ball is extremely professional and filled me with confidence on our first meeting. As for the guys Daniel had complete the work (Mickey and Mark), I can honestly say I have never had anyone doing work for me with the high levels of skill, pride, dedication and "can-do" attitude as these two. It was a real pleasure to have them working on our bathrooms, they always turned up on time, were clean and tidy, were flexible and accommodating when it came to obstacles or change and always kept us informed of what was going on. If you are looking at refurbishing or replacing your bathroom I would highly recommend Mulcare-Ball for the job.

The team were consistently positive(nothing was too much trouble),informative, enthusiastic, efficient, hardworking and punctual, completing the work schedule without interruption. We were consulted about all design and technical decisions but received excellent guidance as well. I have no hesitation in fully recommending Daniel Ball of Mulcare-Ball Ltd. In conjunction with the design skill of David at Homesmiths, l was fully satisfied with the end result. We now have two shower rooms, W/C’s and a utility room that have been significantly upgraded. The skill, workmanship and attention to detail as shown by the entire team are of the highest order. The working areas were kept tidy with care taken to cover the area with dust covers and leave the home “happy” at the end of each working day. The team, Mick and Mark, worked long days and were courteous and considerate at all times. (The project lasted a month) their time keeping was always very good, even with the challenge of the M23! For the right reasons, they will be missed, but not forgotten!!

There was one slight problem with a leak that didn't appear until they had finished the job but they were back within an hour to finish it all off. This was quite a complex job, involving the removal of two small walls and the total construction of a shower room. It was not possible to predict in advance exactly what work needed doing. Daniel Ball and his workforce were meticulous in their workmanship and in consulting with us throughout the works. As a result we have a dream shower room, and excellent and workable utility room and a bathroom that no longer looks tired. No hesitation in recommending them.
