We went back to the job to check out a leak, however, the leak was coming from her roof, so in good faith we repaired the roof free of charge, as a good will gesture, we also built a ramp free, and fitted a water butt attached to a down pipe. Communication between the son and me I felt broke down when I refused to put filler in the skirting board which i felt was not my job. We always strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times , hence my very good feedback on my webpage.

Originally a quote and time scale was agreed between the customer and I. However due to materials that the customer ordered arriving late or damaged and the unfortunate hospitalisation of myself due to an unexpected operation, the time scale was interfered with. This was discussed, at length, with the customer and she was fully aware of why certain parts of the project had not been completed. The quality of the work that has been completed was carried out to a high standard. There is no work outstanding for money that has been paid, and now the relationship has broken down completely and we have agreed to go our separate ways.
