Garage conversion and full kitchen fitting

Excellent quality of work throughout. Throughout the entire process we have been kept well informed of every aspect of the job. Excellent communication and very friendly team who we will use in future. Simon and Dave could not do enough for us at a testing time for us personally. Thanks very much.

Kitchen Extension and New Patio

The kitchen extension to our home has recently been completed and we are absolutely delighted with the results. We have been very impressed with the high standard of workmanship throughout the build and the way all the team were so hard working, cheerful, considerate and efficient! The team were always on time, materials delivered when required and there was always continuity of work! Bill, David and their team were really great to work with during the build - we found them all extremely helpful, honest, friendly, courteous and very good humoured! David was clear about how the work would be carried out all the way through (we were also provided with a schedule which was very helpful) and he was always available to provide answers to any queries and offer good advice! We would most certainly use this company again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending N and W Beattie Construction as a reliable, friendly, trustworthy and professional company!

Replacing driveway and parking area

I was recommended to N&W Bettie and an appointment was arranged in order that an estimate could be given. A few days later I received the estimate and phoned with a few queries which were dealt with and a start date agreed, at the same time I was informed how long the job would take. On the agreed start date men, materials and equipment arrived, the men worked very well with nothing being too much trouble, each night the site was left in a clean and tidy condition. Despite extra work being required by me the job was finished on time. I am extremely pleased with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Complete kitchen/breakfast room renovation: new floors and ceilings, removal of built in cupboards and wall, replaced boiler, replaced consumer unit, new kitchen units

The work was completed to schedule, budget and to a good standard. David and his team were very helpful in planning the work, happy to provide honest advice and set us up with temporary plumbing for our washing machine. They were very reliable and carried out the work in a professional manner. We were very pleased with the end result and found the whole experience to be hassle free. We would certainly use them again.

Two storey side extension and full internal redecoration

The team were always on time, polite, courteous, cheerful and friendly. Dave, who project managed, kept us regularly updated with every stage of the process and followed the schedule of works that was given to us at the start of the project. The quality and finish of the work is excellent and Dave gave this consideration at every stage throughout the project. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and Dave was always available at any time to answer any questions or to give advice. We were very impressed with how hard working the team were, the way in which the work was carried out and with the end result.

Converted garage to an office

They converted half of a long garage into an office. This included the building works, electrics, plumbing, decoration. They stuck to timetables and budget. Their price was extremely competitive and the standard of their work first class. I would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them.

Large kitchen extension and orangey

Work consisted of knocking down two external walls to create large kitchen/breafast room and utility room and an orangey. We was completely put at ease with Dave right from the beginning due to his confident, professional and friendly manner and this continued throughout the whole project. The quote was very competitive and the project never exceeded original cost and was completed within the time scale. We had extra work done, ie patio and this was also done to the same high standard.

Groundwork, erection of single storey extension, internal fitting, landscaping

Bill and his team did a terrific job in building a large extension for our 4 bed detached house in Kenley. Bill is a gentleman and can be trusted to deliver what he has promised. I was very impressed with the way that all of the deliveries arrived as they were needed which made the site easier to keep tidy. Bill and David (manager) explained the work that would be done and brought in their specialist trades to deliver a very high standard of workmanship. The team were able to deal with any problems that arose with a 'can do' attitude. I was not looking forward to the upheaval of having builders in but I can honestly say that Bill went out of his way to make sure things ran smoothly. All of this with very good humour! I would recommend N and W Beattie without hesitation.

New roof and bedroom for a bungalow

The building work was quite large involving completely removing the roof. It was then replaced using upgraded materials extended over an existing conservatory base and a large bedroom, landing and stairs where created. The roof was tiled and a juliette balcony included. The result of the work has completely changed the function and appearance of the bungalow. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The workforce were extremely friendly and were happy to include my requests for some details I wanted included all at the original quoted price.
