Nick was recommended to me and serviced the boiler. It wasn't a straight forward job and he had to dismantle a kitchen cupboard to get to the boiler but I was still only charged the amount quoted. He was prompt and friendly and we'll definitely use him for any future plumbing or heating work.

Nick did a fantastic job when he came to remove our old boiler and install a new one into the loft. He understood everything we wanted and we had no problems leaving him during the day while we went to work - totally trustworthy. The work also included a new water tank, gas supply to the loft, radiator, digital thermostat downstairs and adding a flue through the roof. Everything was all cleaned up and old flue bricked up. I can honestly say I have finally found the right plumber, just leave plenty of tea bags and he'll love you forever!!! Cannot recommend enough.

Nick removed our old boiler and installed a new combi condensing boiler into the airing cupboard upstairs that needed a new gas supply. He did this with minimum disruption because of a clever design. He then brought water into a new room downstairs from the boiler for the new kitchen and underfloor heating but minimised damage to floors by crossing the house via the loft. He then installed underfloor heating which will be tiled over. I was very impressed with his professionalism. A good job well done and he'll be back soon to help finish off the kitchen.

Nick gave us sound advice and even saved us money by telling us of the things (after an inspection) we did not need to have done (unlike British Gas who suggested an unnecessary and costly power flush of the system). I would suggest that you get an extra stock of tea bags as Nick always like to have a fresh cup of tea within arms reach WHILE WORKING. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Nick had been recommended to me. Following the first phone call he came promptly to my house to assess the work that would be required. This visit was quickly followed by a scope of works and quote. Nick arrived on time this morning. He quickly established he could not undertake the full scope of works he had quoted for due to the set up of my heating system. He told me immediately and did not find extra work to do. Even though he could not undertake what he thought he would be able to do he proceeded to do everything possible to make my central heating more efficient. It seemed there were quite a few thing wrong with the boiler that was put in by an imbecile some years ago - temperature too low, poor flow and cold rads, dodgy wiring and despite servicing before and a few 'experts' trying to fix it I got no joy in putting it right. After finding Nick on Checkatrade he came and saw some immediate problems immediately others had missed or got wrong themselves - quoted and got to work. Turns out there were quite a few other problems uncovered later - valves in upside down, internal wiring issues, strangled airpipe, wrong spec accessories to name but a few. Despite poor access and a bunch of new things that were not apparent at first Nick stuck at the job day and night for two days until he had it nailed. He did this all within budget, and with a friendly and most professional approach throughout, keeping me completely informed without getting overly 'techy'. At last! Heat...  thanks Nick - you are a top guy.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Nick carried out. When he came to quote he was polite, on time and took everything on board we wanted. When he arrived we went over everything to double check and then he started. What can I say he is quick, precise, tidy and very knowledgeable. I'm writing this an hour after he left, in a nice warm house with new central heating, which previously was old electric underfloor heating! You would have not known he has been here as his workmanship is brilliant, I would recommend him to anybody and have already booked him again to some other work. Thanks again Nick!

Nick did an excellent job installing gas central heating in our semi which was previously heated by two gas fires. He positioned the radiators and pipework very skillfully, giving minimum disruption for maximum effect. He even put in a roof hatch so that pipework to our bathroom could be concealed in the roof space. Nick works hard and is careful and tidy. The job was completed, before schedule, in four days. We have no hesitation in recommending his company.
