Nick Kingston is an exceptional builder with specialist knowledge and skills. We are thrilled with his craftsmanship in removing part of an interior wall and relocating two first floor windows on an exterior wall of our 18th century flint cottage. He left the house clean and tidy every night, taking away any rubbish to a skip on his own premises. It was a pleasure to have him around - such a friendly, trustworthy and honest man - always happy to go the 'extra mile'. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Wall required the removal on cement pointing, the turning / replacing of bricks and repointing in lime mortar. Nick and Chris arrived on the planned start date and were always very courteous and polite. We have no previous experience in this area and Nick was very helpful and always willing to share his knowledge and experience. We have received a number of positive comments about the result of his work and would use Nick again and recommend him to others without hesitation.

The work was carried out to the highest specification. The project was done on a Holiday Park where strict rules of the style of work and specifications that are acceptable were issued. Nick not only worked within this structure he also used his obviously vast knowledge to produce landscaping etc that has caused constant positive comment since it was carried out. It is a pleasure in this day and age to find a professional who cares, is courteous, and delivers exactly, if not more, than he says he will. Top Guy!

Nick came to diagnose a leak that we had coming into the bedroom. He was punctual and courteous and above all extremely knowledgeable about diagnosing the source of the water as coming from the chimney and roof area. Nick has alot of experience and best of all qualifications relating to this sort of problem. He was efficient and good value and did an excellent job, for the first time in years we have had no leakage where he has repaired it. Nick organised scaffolding, stripped the old rendering, repointed the chimney, sorted the lead flashing around the chimney, replaced some tiles and then re rendered the base of the chimney. We have recently had a quote from a roofing company for something unrelated and the man that came commented on the rendering and repointing and said what a good job had been done. A recommendation from us and another trades person - we would most definitely use Nick again without hesitation.

I couldn't fault Nick for all the large amount of work he has done at my house. He has been so easy to work with in what would ordinarily be a stressful time. Nick is true to his word and at times has even found a way of doing things to save us money even if it meant he didn't earn as much.
