Central heating didn't work on a cold day. He came out the same day and got heating back on. Diagnosed problem and put chemical in radiators and came back to flush out at a later date.

Appreciated him coming out and being really helpful on the telephone on the day it wasn't working. Got heating up and running, came back and fixed problem. Now radiators heating up as they should. I would recommend him to other customers.

Our boiler failed to start up on 29th December. Thinking that it would be a difficult time of the year to get someone to fix it, I phoned around and eventually got hold of Neil. I described the problem and he agreed to look at the boiler and true to his word he arrived 30 minutes later and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. A fantastic service.

Boiler was out of action straight after New Years Day. Rang up Neil one morning and he was immediate available, came around, spent little time to find the problem, explained what the situation was and quoted on how much to have it fix. Came back next day with the parts and had the tap running with hot water and boiler all coming back alive. Neat and tidy young lad, knows what he's doing, top notch timekeeping also. Would highly recommend it to anyone else.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul Hammerton. I had a problem with the mixer taps on a bath. I contacted Paul, as a result of recommendations from this site. He came around that evening to access what needed to be done. The taps needed to be changes - this was done quickly with minimum disruption.

After my heating broke down in the recent very cold weather I needed to find a plumber who could fix the problem quickly without charging an exorbitant fee. I chose Neil after reading the feedback comments on check a trade and within 24 hours my house was lovely and warm again and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend N L Heating to anybody.

Paul (Neil Lynch's partner at NL Heating) came to my rescue again.  Although he was on his own as Neil was away on holiday he fitted me in as soon as he could. He came around, immediately identified the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes flat.  Absolutely no problem - no need for new bath taps. Done simply, efficiently and cheerfully.  Because Paul had been called out to an emergency that morning he didn't turn up as punctiliously as he usually does, but he explained the reason and insisted on giving a discount. Full marks.  He is always cheerful and gets on with it. He is brilliant at plumbing and tidies up after himself and even washes up his tea mug!  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Neil called to help me after another Plumber had started a job and left me without a working Toilet for 5 days. He came the same day, and completed the repair with 30 minutes. As a pensioner I was very concerned about the dubious Plumber that left me for days, but Neil was brilliant, fast, clean, polite and very generous, what a gentleman. I highly recommend him, a rare tradesman that you can trust.

Came at short notice, quickly identified the problem and fixed the boiler.  No new parts needed. Courteous and thorough.  Have had cowboy plumbers round before so refreshing to deal with someone who knew what they were doing. Didn't give me a 'Checkatrade' card to fill out so voluntarily giving them good feedback over the internet.
