Painting and carpentry

Noel arranged for a painter to paint the entire flat and I gave 4 days to do that and additional carpentry and general repair work to the flat. All the work was excellent and I asked for additional repair work which he completed promptly. I left Noel in charge of all the works and would have no hesitation in asking him to be in charge of projects like this or recommending him to anyone.

Kitchen cupbard and shelving unit

Professional work carried out on time and on budget. Some lovely finishing touches make the difference and the whole job looked even better than we had hoped. Noel is friendly and left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend him without reservation.

Two interior doors to be eased

Noel called in to look at the doors soon after I contacted him. As it was a straightforward job, he suggested that he would contact me when he had an hour or so to spare to fit the job in. This he did about a week later. This was all fine as it did not need to be done urgently. He did an excellent job and the doors now open and close perfectly. He has a friendly and pleasant manner, and I would definitely recommend him.

Installing shower curtain and tiling to bathroom

I was given a quote for the work and the work was undertaken over two days. The price quoted was very reasonable and the work was completed very professionally. The bathroom has been greatly improved and I was particularly impressed with the tiling work. As I was not able to be there when the work was done, I was in regular contact with Noel Lawlor and he was very prompt and polite in responding. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and Noel Lawlor to others.

Hang new door, change door locks/door furniture, replace squeaky floor boards, fit wardrobe.

Build bedroom cupboards, utility room work surface/shelves and general carpentry.

Noel did a great job, always paying close attention to detail and ensuring that his work was of a high standard.
