Nick and Ashley Installed a whole new Central Heating system of seven radiators in our home with very little disruption . They were always on time, very polite and explained everything very well on how the job was progressing . All pipe work was very neat, even when they had to lift the upstairs floor boards everything was put back just as it was before. Very pleased with the work done and would recommend Nick to anyone.

We aim to please and provide a service for all our customers to a high standard and the best of our ability. Unfortunately on this occasion the customer feels they have been let down, we feel this customer was 100% satisfied on job completion as customer had no queries and paid in full and even gave positive feedback to a high grade. We went out of way to source and solve problems regarding materials supplied by the customer. I managed to get a replacement shower screen free off charge. The customer contacted us about a problem I returned to the property three times. However unfortunately unable to locate or find the problem the customer was describing. On my third visit I felt that the customer had interfered with the works and therefore no longer the work we had done. We believe we have done everything in a professional manner and feel these comments are unfair.
