Nick and Ashley Installed a whole new Central Heating system of seven radiators in our home with very little disruption . They were always on time, very polite and explained everything very well on how the job was progressing . We aim to please and provide a service for all our customers to a high standard and the best of our ability. Unfortunately on this occasion the customer feels they have been let down, we feel this customer was 100% satisfied on job completion as customer had no queries and paid in full and even gave positive feedback to a high grade. We went out of way to source and solve problems regarding materials supplied by the customer. I managed to get a replacement shower screen free off charge. The customer contacted us about a problem I returned to the property three times. However unfortunately unable to locate or find the problem the customer was describing. On my third visit I felt that the customer had interfered with the works and therefore no longer the work we had done. We believe we have done everything in a professional manner and feel these comments are unfair.
