Very high quality finish to work, although we had only purchased a cheap bathroom suite from a bathroom store and cheap stone tiles. The tiles in particular were travertine stone, making it awkward to cut and fit, but the end result is excellent. We requested an additional feature to be incorporated using small mosaic tiles, which N P P did at no extra cost, and again the end result is stunning. We will be using N P P for our en-suite fitting for sure.

Neil and Paul re-arranged their work schedule as the building was incomplete on the scheduled date. Neil had already indicated in the quote that there could be a labour charge if the building was not ready. In the event they were able to carry out the work with a week's delay in completing the installation. The work was carried out exactly according to the Estimate and no extra charge was levied for the loss of their day's work but no credit was given for the range connection to the gas which was carried out by the builder' s plumber (as an offset to the labour charge). The estimated work time was six working days but they completed the work in four days plus an hour and a half. Overall their work was carried out very carefully and competently. They posses all the skills necessary to install each and every kitchen.

We purchased our kitchen from elsewhere and got Neil and Paul to fit it for us. They did an excellent job and I am extremely happy with the quality of their workmanship. We had a couple of issues with other workman, where our worktop scratched the cabinets when being fitted. Neil and Paul can up with some very good solutions to our problem. Overall their work was great, they were nice to have around and they are generally very helpful.

Great job, NPP provided all the kitchen and appliances so it was all very easy. All completed in a timely fashion, the guys worked hard and put in full days. We were also undergoing an extension which relied on NPP making small trips to carry out 1st and 2nd fixes... despite having to travel a long distance this was completed so not to delay the overall job. Kitchen quality is great... we have had one small manufacturer related problem but NPP have been great in getting that sorted and replaced. Nice couple of lads... no issues leaving them keys to house, would definately recommend.

I find the score for courtesy very disapointing, we have never had a score that low before, we feel we did everything that was asked for in a quick time and even replaced the door handles free of charge when the customer said she did not like them.

Work was started on Friday 26th March by completing gutting the bathroom, including all tiling, and disposing of all old units. Rebuild started on Monday 29th March and completed evening of Wednesday 31st March. Workmanship was of an extremely high quality. Neil and Paul were left in the house whilst we were at work, they respected our property and were completely trustworthy. I used NPP Installations on recommendation from a friend and would have no hesitation in recommending them, they are also carrying out some further work for us. Thank you for a beautiful bathroom.
