Advice given

Emailed Norman with regards to a problem I was having with my coal effect gas fire sooting up. He replied with some very good but simple advice with regards to repositioning the coals which sorted our problem without cost or the need for anyone to attend. Cant get better service than that ,would 100% recommend this company.
