ESTABLISHED since 1985, Needham Building Services is a  friendly family business that has thousands of completed projects ranging across many fields from a bespoke conservatory to a quirky child’s play house with 1000's of conservatories completed.

  • All surveys are carried out by Andrew Needham who oversees and works on all projects.
  • Our team, including bricklayers and conservatory-window fitters, are all fully employed and not sub-contracted

How We Work in 5 easy steps

  • Step 1  We will visit at a time which suits you to discuss your project and exactly what you require.
  • Step 2  We will supply you with a detailed quotation and drawings where applicable. This is completely free of charge and you are under absolutely no obligation to proceed.
  • Step 3 Once agreed, we will visit for precise measuring and to confirm technical details, including time-scale and dates.
  • Step 4 Our employed workforce has the highest standards and will endeavour to complete the full project to your full satisfaction within the agreed time-scale.
  • Step 5 Needham Building Services has put great thought and care into its after sales service and every step of the work in progress

Windows replaced on the front of the house, removal and replacing of tiles on front bay and removal and replacing of large oak window sill.
Andy was always polite, friendly and he did a lovely job. He made a well presented quote (the best and most professional one I got) and delivered the job as agreed. The men who also worked with him were all very pleasant and tidied up after themselves which was great. I highly recommend this company and will go back to them in the future.

Conservatory repair
Called in to correct/repair faulty installation of a conservatory. Completed all quoted for items plus corrected several more faults, all of which took longer than anticipated. Still only charged as per quote which was reasonable to start with. All work done to high standard. Would highly recommend them.

Being fully satisfied with the recent erection of a conservatory and patio area we commissioned Needham Building Services to replace our front path and erect fencing and a new gate. Once again they provided exceptional value for money and their standard of workmanship was excellent. In addition they are one of the tidiest companies I have encountered. I have no hesitation or reservations in recommending Needham Construction to anyone.
