Fitted washing machine, fixed leak, unblocked a pipe and adjusted water level in w/c cistern.
I was very anxious about using tradesmen that I didn't know, but I now feel this is no longer something I need to worry about at all. I would recommend them.

Redecorated and fitted out Bathroom Suite plus other sundry plumbing jobs.
I was recommended to use Neil by a friend in the Poole area having seen the excellent work he had done on a en-suite bathroom. Neil did this work for me as though this was in his own house and he'd know if the job hadn't been done properly. The work area was always tidy (even during the work!). There was no question that what was being done was to the very best of Neil's ability and to the very highest possible standard. He did those little things which weren't quoted for but made all the difference in turning a great job into a fantastic one. It was also clear he had bundles of pride in what he was doing to get the job spot on - because he'd know if it wasn't and that was good enough for him to ensure that it was. And at a price that was competitive - he even used his contacts to get better prices on goods which were typically of better quality! Most of all, the time limit set was treated as the limit - how many contractors frequently have to undertake a repeat visit to finish something off -or worse, redo it because it isn't quite right. No such problems with Neil - right first time every time to a standard which is truly awesome. A satisified customer? You bet I am - and I'd have no hesitiation giving anyone a personal recommendation for this excellent craftsman.

Of the four quotes received, the content, accuracy, detail and knowledgeble response was sufficient enough to instil confidence in choosing them. After a site visit (initial quotes by email only) this was increased further and proved a good choice. I would recommend them.
