I have built up Newland Building Services over the past 16 years, with a good client base of repeat work. I am a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and have 35 years experience as a professional builder.
My company is a complete building service, covering all aspects from small remedial works, extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments to new builds. I am happy to take on domestic or commercial contracts.

Building Works
Newland Building Services can be thoroughly recommended, they are professional, efficient and a nice bunch of lads. We have used their services to transform two cottages into one and a major loft conversion that involved the removal of the whole roof. Single storey side extension, and removal of internal walls
John provided a detailed quote, so you can always see how far through the project the build is. We were always kept informed of what is happening, and John ensured that there was as little disruption as possible. The team are polite and easy to discuss issues with. They always make an effort to clean up at the end of the day. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Refurbishment of entire flat
As always they were extremely reliable, true to there word, clean, courteous and fun to be around. A lot of work was carried out which required 're jigging' the entire flat and I cannot fault one single part of the entire process. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

At our first meeting John courteously listened to what I wanted, gave some helpful advice and took away the plans. Demolish and re-build brick pillar to electric gates.
Newland Building Services, managed to re-claim many of the old bricks and the top coping stone so that a perfect match was made. Great brick work with much care taken. Really courteous team who arrived when stated and completed the work quickly. Excellent service.
