Work incomplete - We are still waiting for a badly scratched window to be replaced.  We have also requested payment from Trader for the cost of replacement of roof tiles broken when the fitters renewed the upstairs window causing damage to the tiles.

New conservatory
Time period April - June, 2008. All the staff were polite and courteous and willing to go the extra mile! Slight hitch with two windows which was dealt with immediately. If any comment, it would be a slight lack of communication but that does not deter from an excellent job. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We admit that this job did not go according to our normal high standards of service levels and we are very sorry for that as we take customer satisfaction extremely seriously, especially being in a small village. We would like to make it clear that the customers complaint was only ever with the quality of the re-make of the glass, never with the installation. His comments are more directed at the glass makers and he was never left without glass in his windows nor did we ever refuse to deal with his complaints. He was partly responsible himself for the length of time to rectify the job as he refused us access several times, for his own reasons. The customer actually asked us to price another job for him whilst all this was happening so his scoring criteria is a little 'ungenerous', we feel.

Replacement of wooden windows with UPVC double glazing.
I cannot speak too highly of this company, everything from start to finish was first class. When hidden rotten wood was found, they even rebuilt part of the window frame.....at no extra cost!
